	Mr. Eric Banks President

	Mr. Eric Banks, born in England, served his apprenticeship in engineering with Babcock & Wilcox and became a design engineer (HNC). Two years later, he established his own engineering consultancy with projects for large multi-nationals like Ford Motor Company and Matthew Hall. He was then recruited to become Deputy Chief Engineer for research and development for a division of Matthew Hall. Eric furthered his studies for an MBA to supplement his qualifications in finance & corporate law. Becoming inspired by the financial world, at the age of 27, he joined a Swiss based global investment firm dealing in Wealth Management. Within a few short years Eric achieved the enviable status as one of the leading group managers in Europe with over 1,000 staff. He went on to be appointed a Divisional Director of Anthony Gibbs Merchant Bank, one of the oldest merchant banking firms in the world, (established 1812) Their portfolio for high net worth clients included Equities, Securities, Gold, Diamonds, Artwork, Wine and the Real Estate market. Their core business included tax planning. By his mid-thirties, deciding to follow the entrepreneurial spirit, Eric established a publishing company that specialized in the property market. At the same time he formed a property development company that built an Award winning group of twelve individual designer executive mansions on his Scottish country estate. Eric also acquired a large farm that he developed into a diversified leisure project with stabling for 20 horses and other amenities. Years later he moved to the Middle East and Singapore and started a group of International enterprises, dealing in Global Funds, Wealth & Asset Management, International O/S Banking and Real Estate projects in Asia Pacific and Europe. Eric’s hobbies include fine wines, artwork and collecting classic cars like Rolls Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, Lagondas, Jaguar and Mercedes. Over the years, Eric has earned an illustrious reputation as a leader in Global Finance and Wealth Management. As the President of Amega Global, Eric utilizes his skills and vast experience in finance and management to ensure a strong financial foundation and international level of management for Amega Global.

Mr. Arun Kemer
Group CEO

Mr. Arun Kemer always dreamed of having his own business. His dream became a reality at the age of 24. Within a matter of years he reached his goal in becoming a millionaire. Then in 1998, in the wake of the Asian Financial crisis, Arun, like many, many business owners, his business suffered set-backs from events totally beyond his control.

Arun then decided to work on his personal development believing that in being the ‘best person he could be’ would naturally extend to his professional life. He then studied with such notable world-class masters such as Anthony Robbins, Tom Hopkins, Harvey Mackey, Jay Abraham, Roger Dawson, Brian Tracy and many more

Arun then developed “Success Dynamics” a system for personal development/Achievement and “TrainEx” an online Continual Training Management System. An outstanding performance system, which supports, measures and enriches any individual or organization. He is one of the founding members for Asia Speaker Association (ASA). ASA is affiliated to the National Speakers Association (NSA) of USA. He is also a member of American Society For Training and Development (ASTD) And Singapore Training And Development Association (STADA).

With his extensive experience in creating; consulting and conducting training for a variety of organizations throughout Asia, Arun combined his passion for excellence and his dynamic training abilities to found Amega Global.

Arun’s greatest pleasure comes from training and motivating individuals to realize their potential and to succeed in making their dreams a reality. He developed the tools and extensive support systems for Amega Global that has helped tens of thousands of individuals take that first courageous step toward achieving financial independence. 	Ms. Pearl Goh Vice President of Sales and Marketing

	Ms. Pearl Goh has a formidable track record of success in traditional business and extended that knowledge and experience to Network Marketing. Pearl has distinguished herself as a very successful Network leader in this region. With her interest in Holistic healing and TCM she was drawn to Amega Global. She quickly became one of Amega’s top leaders. She then joined the Amega Global management team acting as a bridge between the Company and the field. Pearl has worked with Amega Global since its inception and established one of the strongest networks for the company. Pearl is known and highly regarded by her warm, kind and compassionate nature. She is a ‘peoples –person’ of the highest order and a great contributor to the empowerment of many of our Affiliates that have gone to achieve great success.

	Mr. David Thena Vice President of Business Development

	Mr. David Thena has had an illustrious and extensive business development experience, having run his own company for more than 10 years. With his expertise in the daily running of his company, Mr. David Thena brought to Amega Global the resolve and steel associated with military precision. Indeed, it was precisely because of his attention to detail, that many amongst his peers would know him to be the quintessential military man. Mr David Thena had also served 12 years in the Singapore Armed Forces as an instructor and is currently now a reservist Regimental Sergeant Major. With his impressive resume and military experience to boot, Mr David Thena ensures that the daily operations of Amega Global run smoothly. The same meticulous clockworks expected of an army can indeed be expected of Amega Global as he holds the portfolio of Vice President of Operations.

	Mr. Eddy Chan Vice President of Merchandising

	Mr. Eddy Chan, a 4th generation Jeweller, is a qualified Gemmologist from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), an international Diamond and Gemstone Dealer, and an International Luxury Brand Consultant. His primary focus of his strength is in the area of retailing, franchising and product development worldwide. Eddy’s mission is to ensure the public trust in gems and jewelry by upholding the highest standards of integrity, academics, science, and professionalism through education and research.

	Ms. Vivienne Butler Vice President of Corporate Development

	With more than 20 years in sales and marketing in the publishing sector – as well as 10 years in the scuba diving and leisure industry Vivienne has extensive knowledge of global sales and marketing and market saturation. Her first business - in the diving industry - expanded to over 101 countries and incorporated all sectors. She also runs a project management company in the Corporate Services sector. Her specialities are corporate ID, product branding, product development and last year entered the international jewellery sector. Vivienne is responsible for Corporate Development of Amega, its products and services as well as Agems, the jewellery division. Her life long personal interest in Holistic healing has seen Vivienne training in Reiki as well as involved in Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Massage. This interest in health is an ideal link to all our products and services. She speaks 5 European Languages fluently.

Mr. Benjamin Cheng

Mr. Benjamin Cheng has been helping corporate & individuals in the area of Sales & Marketing, Personal Development and Business Strategic Planning since 1999. He is well known for his interactive, humorous and engaging style of Speaking and Training; as a bi-lingual (English & Mandarin) Speaker, Trainer, Interpreter and Business Consultant, his programs are delivered based on the integration of more than 14 years of valuable experiences in General Management, Sales and Marketing, Public Speaking, Accelerated Learning, Training and Project Management.

Ben is internationally certified as a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), SMT (Sequential Mind Technology) and Hypnotherapy. He graduated from NUS with a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Degree, holds an Advanced Certificate in Theology and a Masters of Education (Leadership, Policy & Change).

Dr. Ramesh in his very early stages of his training as a Medical Student from KGMC, Lucknow, India could not understand how the instruction pattern to living systems was being transmitted. He also wondered why people became sick as they aged. He also noticed that many people in their old age were highly energetic and healthy. It is with this in mind that he went ahead in search of his quest in prevention of disease and aging. He is also a certified age management physician dealing with the Science of Youthful Aging. During his search he went to several teachers, did conventional medical training as well as studied ancient non-conventional and futuristic techniques. He was able to identify what is the connection all the way with the source, how the information systems are transmitted to our body, how we are connected to our environment. This also gives a clear understanding of why one creates disease for himself, how he can prevent disease, how he can reverse the disease. This knowledge came about from quantum physics. Quantum Physics and Energy sciences led him to understand how we could prevent disease naturally by learning how to source our energies from air, water, food, sleep and environment. This understanding started showing how when we started reversing disease processes we started becoming younger and younger shedding our body programs and getting connected with ALL THAT IS. An Orthopaedic and Trauma surgeon by profession, Dr. Ramesh was satisfied with his Profession as a surgeon and lecturer of surgery at medical school at Dubai, but he didn’t have an answer to all problems. He then embarked on a tireless campaign to drive home the message of "curing thyself".. This is a revolution and its going to transform the World. Dr Ramesh is an independent consultant on the Board of Advisors and advises Amega Global in the capacity of Technology Product Consultant.
