Mr. Eric Banks, born in England, served his apprenticeship in engineering with Babcock & Wilcox and became a design engineer (HNC). Two years later, he established his own engineering consultancy with projects for large multi-nationals like Ford Motor Company and Matthew Hall. He was then recruited to become Deputy Chief Engineer for research and development for a division of Matthew Hall.
Eric furthered his studies for an MBA to supplement his qualifications in finance & corporate law. Becoming inspired by the financial world, at the age of 27, he joined a Swiss based global investment firm dealing in Wealth Management. Within a few short years Eric achieved the enviable status as one of the leading group managers in Europe with over 1,000 staff. He went on to be appointed a Divisional Director of Anthony Gibbs Merchant Bank, one of the oldest merchant banking firms in the world, (established 1812) Their portfolio for high net worth clients included Equities, Securities, Gold, Diamonds, Artwork, Wine and the Real Estate market. Their core business included tax planning.
By his mid-thirties, deciding to follow the entrepreneurial spirit, Eric established a publishing company that specialized in the property market. At the same time he formed a property development company that built an Award winning group of twelve individual designer executive mansions on his Scottish country estate. Eric also acquired a large farm that he developed into a diversified leisure project with stabling for 20 horses and other amenities.
Years later he moved to the Middle East and Singapore and started a group of International enterprises, dealing in Global Funds, Wealth & Asset Management, International O/S Banking and Real Estate projects in Asia Pacific and Europe. Eric’s hobbies include fine wines, artwork and collecting classic cars like Rolls Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, Lagondas, Jaguar and Mercedes.
Over the years, Eric has earned an illustrious reputation as a leader in Global Finance and Wealth Management. As the President of Amega Global, Eric utilizes his skills and vast experience in finance and management to ensure a strong financial foundation and international level of management for Amega Global.

Mr. Arun Kemer always dreamed of having his own business. His dream became a reality at the age of 24. Within a matter of years he reached his goal in becoming a millionaire. Then in 1998, in the wake of the Asian Financial crisis, Arun, like many, many business owners, his business suffered set-backs from events totally beyond his control.
Arun then decided to work on his personal development believing that in being the ‘best person he could be’ would naturally extend to his professional life. He then studied with such notable world-class masters such as Anthony Robbins, Tom Hopkins, Harvey Mackey, Jay Abraham, Roger Dawson, Brian Tracy and many more
Arun then developed “Success Dynamics” a system for personal evelopment/Achievement and “TrainEx” an online Continual Training Management System. An outstanding performance system, which supports, measures and enriches any individual or organization. He is one of the founding members for Asia Speaker Association (ASA). ASA is affiliated to the National Speakers Association (NSA) of USA. He also a member of American Society For Training and Development (ASTD) and Singapore Training And Development Association (STADA).
With his extensive experience in creating; consulting and conducting training for a variety of organizations throughout Asia, Arun combined his passion for excellence and his dynamic training abilities to found Amega Global.
Arun’s greatest pleasure comes from training and motivating individuals to realize their potential and to succeed in making their dreams a reality. He developed the tools and extensive support systems for Amega Global that has helped tens of thousands of individuals take that first courageous step toward achieving financial independence. Ms. Pearl Goh has a formidable track record of success in traditional business and extended that knowledge and experience to Network Marketing. Pearl has distinguished herself as a very successful Network leader in this region.
With her interest in Holistic healing and TCM she was drawn to Amega Global. She quickly became one of Amega’s top leaders. She then joined the Amega Global management team acting as a bridge between the Company and the field.
Pearl has worked with Amega Global since its inception and established one of the strongest networks for the company. Pearl is known and highly regarded by her warm, kind and compassionate nature. She is a ‘peoples –person’ of the highest order and a great contributor to the empowerment of many of our Affiliates that have gone to achieve great success.

Mr. David Thena

Mr. David Thena has had an illustrious and extensive business development experience, having run his own company for more than 10 years. With his expertise in the daily running of his company, Mr. David Thena brought to Amega Global the resolve and steel associated with military precision.
Indeed, it was precisely because of his attention to detail, that many amongst his peers would know him to be the quintessential military man. Mr David Thena had also served 12 years in the Singapore Armed Forces as an instructor and is currently now a reservist Regimental Sergeant Major.
With his impressive resume and military experience to boot, Mr David Thena ensures that the daily operations of Amega Global run smoothly. The same meticulous clockworks expected of an army can indeed be expected of Amega Global as he holds the portfolio of Director of Operations.

Ms. Vivienne Butler

With more than 20 years in sales and marketing in the publishing sector – as well as 10 years in the scuba diving and leisure industry Vivienne has extensive knowledge of global sales and marketing and market saturation. Her first business - in the diving industry - expanded to over 101 countries and incorporated all sectors. She also runs a project management company in the Corporate Services sector. Her specialities are corporate ID, product branding, product development and last year entered the international jewellery sector. Vivienne is responsible for Corporate Development of Amega, its products and services as well as Agems, the jewellery division.
Her life long personal interest in Holistic healing has seen Vivienne training in Reiki as well as involved in Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Massage. This interest in health is an ideal link to all our products and services. She speaks 5 European Languages fluently.

Dr. Ramesh in his very early stages of his training as a Medical Student from KGMC, Lucknow, India could not understand how the instruction pattern to living systems was being transmitted. He also wondered why people became sick as they aged. He also noticed that many people in their old age were highly energetic and healthy. It is with this in mind that he went ahead in search of his quest in prevention of disease and aging. He is also a certified age management physician dealing with the Science of Youthful Aging.
During his search he went to several teachers, did conventional medical training as well as studied ancient non-conventional and futuristic techniques. He was able to identify what is the connection all the way with the source, how the information systems are transmitted to our body, how we are connected to our environment. This also gives a clear understanding of why one creates disease for himself, how he can prevent disease, how he can reverse the disease. This knowledge came about from quantum physics.
Quantum Physics and Energy sciences led him to understand how we could prevent disease naturally by learning how to source our energies from air, water, food, sleep and environment. This understanding started showing how when we started reversing disease processes we started becoming younger and younger shedding our body programs and getting connected with ALL THAT IS.
The recent medical understanding is that aging is a disease due to the deficiency of our hormones and collection of toxins. An Orthopaedic and Trauma surgeon by profession, Dr. Ramesh was satisfied with his Profession as a surgeon and lecturer of surgery at medical school at Dubai, but he didn’t have an answer to all problems. He then embarked on a tireless campaign to drive home the message of "curing thyself"..

A graduate from Texas Tech University, Calvenn began working his way up the corporate ladder, from Outside Sales Representative to the youngest partner and Vice President of an International Natural Gas Company in Houston, Texas.
As a proven leader and a spirited entrepreneur, Calvenn was recruited by Tony Robbins as a Top Peak Performance Trainer for Fortune 500 Companies. Within 6 months, he was the #1 Trainer for the Anthony Robbins Companies. He maintained his position as one of Tony's Peak Performance Trainers in the United States for 2 years before resigning.
In 2001, Calvenn founded All Legal Credit, a credit consulting/coaching company. In less than 1-year, he reached his capacity in personal clients. This inspired him to create the #1 Digital Resource on Credit Repair which now helps 10s of thousands of people. It was here that Calvenn began to understand the power of leveraging yourself and reaching more people.
In 2003, Calvenn co-founded an online shopping boutique, which would later have products featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show’s "2005 Greatest Things" and be recognized around the world.

Rick Fleshman has over 20 years experience at every level of the Network Marketing industry. He received his initial mentoring in the industry from two of the top earners in the business. After his initial experience with a large company at the distributor level, he went on to create a significant passive income for the next 7 years, both in the field as an independent representative and at the corporate level.
In 1993, after serving as National Marketing Director for a nutritional supplement company, he founded Full Circle Network Communications. FCN quickly became a leading provider of enhanced telecom products and found a niche in providing communications packages to the Direct Sales and Network Marketing industries.
They also developed proprietary computer-telephony applications that were noticed by technology companies such as Dialogic, a subsidiary of Intel, as well as cutting edge Internet Marketing firms such as Communications of America and Earnware Corporation. These two core competencies lifted FCN to a multi-million dollar concern.
In 1999, Earnware Corporation, a high-tech internet marketing and strategy company acquired FCN, where Rick served as VP of Marketing, in an ownership capacity. Earnware provides Internet and telephony-based marketing tools that automate the sales process and allow large sales teams to communicate more effectively and also handle large numbers of prospects through automated follow-up systems.
Earnware clients include Coca Cola, Countrywide Home Loans, Shaklee, AmeriPlan USA, and Wellness.com, to name just a few. At Earnware, Rick was responsible for several million dollars in revenue through large client acquisitions that were developed into solid long-term relationships.
Today, Rick lives in Chicago with his wife, Brigitte. He has a powerful vision to build on his successful entrepreneurial past and spent the last five years in high demand as a consultant in the network marketing industry. Many of the companies that Rick worked with offered energy-based products which gives him a unique and valuable experience not only in the Amega product lines, but also in the marketing and operations necessary to launch the USA for our company.

With long term experience at the senior executive level, he has represented many of the top International Network Marketing companies including companies grossing over a billion dollars annually.
With more than 20 years experience at top executive levels of International Corporations, Andy comes to Amega with the experience of having successfully opened businesses in every continent. He has also served in over 35 countries including Israel, Japan, Korea, Australia, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Panama, to name a few.
Andy has worked with countless network marketing distributors throughout his career and has successfully played an integral part in helping them achieve residual income and realize financial freedom. His experience in traveling, appreciating and understanding various cultures for over 27 years allows Andy to contribute his vast knowledge of this industry to Amega Worldwide. Andy makes yet another high quality addition to the Amega family.

Brian Kelly

Brian has a bachelor’s degree in business from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA and a Masters degree in Taxation from the University of Denver, in Colorado. Brian is a certified public accountant (CPA) and is a member of the Delaware State Society of CPA’s. He began his accounting career at KPMG, one of the largest accounting firms in the world, as a staff auditor.
He started his own accounting firm in 2001 in New York and opened an office in Lower Manhattan providing accounting, financial and tax advice to domestic and international organizations and high net worth individuals. He quickly built up a successful client base that includes wholesalers/distributors, real estate holdings, investment funds, restaurant franchises, hospitals, schools and manufacturers. He moved his practice to Wilmington, Delaware in 2007. Brian is also a licensed investment adviser representative (IAR) and has conducted lectures to law students on tax topics.
Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He joins his wife, Dr. Helen-John Kelly, as a volunteer on medical missions to India and South America.

Ray has worked in the Network Marketing Industry for over 19 years in all levels of the industry. With over half of his experience at the senior management he has worked in several top International Marketing companies including companies grossing a billion dollars annually.
Graduating from California State University Northridge in 1993 with a degree in Software Engineering/Database Administration, Ray has been applying all of his knowledge and ability into the network marketing field by enabling companies to connect internally and externally. Working with over 20 network marketing software companies in several countries, Ray helped his companies utilize state of the art technologies whenever it could benefit them.
Internally, he monitored and improved the 'Order Process' from the moment an order arrives in the office to the moment it leaves as a shipment. Externally, Ray has spent some of his career in the international field setting up and opening offices in Canada, Australia, Puerto Rico, Mexico and the Philippines.
