Policies and Procedures
There are no geographical boundaries that need to be adhered to, and no restriction as to the location of people who may be referred to AMEGA as new Associates; but all Associates are personally responsible for their own decision to work with us, and must satisfy all laws and regulations applicable in their respective countries. There may be slight variations in the BAPs of different countries (in order to meet legal requirements and in line with the laws of the land) and the referred Associate falls under the BAP prevailing in that Country.
Ordering Products (Stocks)
Products are purchased for several reasons
1) To retain an "active" status 2) to retail and log in as personal sales, 3) to "activate" new enrollments. 4) For personal upgrade or reserve BC activation 5) to transfer to other Associates. Hence all products purchased comes with a system generated product IDs (products with BV value only), unless products are purchased manually at offices for Personal purchase.

You can order the products manually at any of the AMEGA offices by filling up the Product Order form, Password verification of BA account is done for Identity verification. Respective BA must be in person to place, pay and collect products.

You can also order your products (stocks) via the CyberOffice, and initiate the payment and delivery mode. Products would be available for collection upon realization of payment and you can authorize individual to collect on your behalf with a written authorization letter, or opt for home delivery.

It is your duty and responsibility to decide on your purchase(s) from AMEGA. We shall assume that you independently made such a decision without coercion.

When an order is accepted by AMEGA, our system generates a Delivery Order. The process Delivery Order and details are posted into your Product Account Statement. You have the option to cancel or amend the online order before it is being process. Any online orders where the payment in not realized within 7 working days, the order would be cancel by our customer service personal.

Products can only be collected or shipped out upon realization of full payment, Invoice No is system created and products IDs posted upon realization of full payment.

To facilitate computing BAP payments daily/weekly/monthly, products have to utilize (activated in the system) with their respective product IDs and subject to cooling off period.

Product prices may increase or discounted in promotions from time to time. It is hereby understood and agreed that all orders shall be bonded with the current prices. AMEGA is not responsible for notifying Independent Business Associate of price changes; however, changes in prices shall be displayed in the AMEGA website and Respective offices.

All products purchased from respective offices will be charged with Domestic Handling Charges (DHC), which is to cover from importation and taxes. Associates are allowed to resell the products for a maximum of 5% above the recommended domestic price (IIP + DHC).

Its Associates responsibility to check and verify all products collected or receive (courier) and alert AMEGA if there are damage or discrepancies within 72 hrs of receipt of products for home delivery via messenger and immediate for office collect before leaving the premises.

Business Associates registered in one country can purchase products from another country office provided they are there physically (manual purchase), however “contra” of commission are not allowed.

It is the duty of the Independent Business Associate to resale or introduce the Domestic price (including DHC) to their prospect and customers.

Independent Business Associates can "contra" (meaning offset their commission earned) for products ordered with AMEGA for internet purchases (where Country Offices don’t exist). “Contra” of commissions where Country Offices exist, are subject to local jurisdiction.

AMEGA disallow “contra” of commission from one BA for orders placed in through another BA, even if both BAs are own by the same individuals.
As the SPONSOR, you can change the placement of your new sign up if the affected BA is still within the cooling off period, using the feature provided in your CyberOffice.
There's no Business Account for Preferred Customers, However they are given a Customer Reference No (CRN), for easy identification and for future discounts.
Reward Vouchers / Incentive Vouchers (RV) - Redemptions
Reward Vouchers, Incentive Vouchers, etc. are a form of incentive given to Achievers depending on the BAP. These Vouchers are in a form of e-vouchers, which can be redeemed according to the terms and conditions.

You can use the accumulated Reward Vouchers earned to Redeem or “contra” or pay for Amega products available for redemption, However Redemption products do not carry BV and are not commissionable.

In case of insufficient RV, the Redemptions can be topped up with Commissions or TTs at respective offices.

AMEGA shall execute such redemption upon receipt of payment (see section Delivery of Products).

Reward Vouchers of different BA cannot be combined for redemption even if the BAs belong to the same Individual.

Rewards Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, or converted to commissions.

Travel Vouchers can only be used to redeem for visits to the Corporate Offices (company planned visits only) and or Amega Global LLC approved seminars, conventions, or events.

Travel vouchers can be exchanged for cash, if the BA requests via messenger 14 days prior to the event and must submit his/her travel tickets to the Accounts Department. BA can en-cash up to the amount incurred for the travel or to the maximum value of the travel voucher if BA’s travel cost is more then the value of the Travel Voucher.

In cases where, AMEGA is not able to pay cash, AMEGA has the right to credit the redemption amount into the BAs commission statement for later release.
