AMEGA has introduced the Stockist Scheme for the benefit of selected Affiliates who would like to play a more positive role to grow their business and contribute towards their own success and thereby AMEGA’s success.
|
| 1. How to qualify |
|
We offer selected Affiliates the opportunity to earn additional income by becoming a Stockist, subject to approval by AMEGA.
|
| To qualify, an Affiliate must: |
- Submit his Application Form. (Click here to download Stockist Application Form.)
- Have at least 10 BA down-lines
- Be of good character and financial standing.
- Signed up a Business Account (BA) with 3 Business Centers (i.e. 3-Header)

| 2. Benefits |
- Higher closing rate with products stocks.
- Attract new customers to sign-up as your down-lines.
- Gain recognition as a leader and contributor to the success of your down-lines and all AMEGA
- Affiliates.

| 3. Responsibilities and Commitments |
- Must make an initial purchase minimum of 6000 USD stock value, paid by cash.
- As a Stockist, all retail purchases must be accompanied with a BA / BC activation
- Stockist must ensure to match product with the correct product ID for activation or transfer
- Must maintain proper conduct at all times.

| 4. Procedures |

| 4.1 For First Time Stockist Order |
- Register and send the Stockist Application Form to AMEGA Singapore for Approval.

AMEGA will study your application and approve your Stockist Application and will activate the Stockist Link in your Cyber Office and inform you via email/messenger.
- Upon stockist approval go to cyber office and order stocks via the order stock link

System will automatically generate Stockist order and prompt you of total amount payable. Initiate payment as per the payment requirement, fax in the bank-in slip to respective country (for speedy processing) and forward a note to AMEGA messenger with all the complete payment details quoting the Stockist order number.

Amega upon receipt and verification of payment would credit product fund statement and initiate delivery, and post ID's
- For first time Stockist payment has to be paid in full cash

| 4.2 For Repeat Orders |

Stockists order stock via their respective cyber office

Select option of E-funds, commission or cash payment against product ordered

System will automatically process order and prompt you for confirmation instantly

Upon confirmation system will automatically deduct e-funds and commission allocated by you and post DO into your product fund statement

Initiate balance payment vie TT, fax the bank-in slip and intimate with the AMEGA messenger

AMEGA upon receipt and verification of payment would credit product fund statement and initiate delivery, and post ID's

Minimum Re-order stocks value is 6000 USD to enjoy the discount, as follows:

| 4.3 Stockist Cancellation |
Any Stockist who wishes to discontinue, MUST follow the procedures set out below:-

Send via AMEGA Messenger their intention to discontinue and indicate the balance stocks-in-hand.

AMEGA will review the request and instruct the Stockist to return the stocks for inspection, to AMEGA office.

AMEGA office Representative will inspect stocks before accepting the return of stocks which must be in original condition.

AMEGA Representatives will inform AMEGA Singapore of the stocks received in good condition and AMEGA Singapore will issue a credit note for stocks returned. AMEGA will credit the respective amount as eFunds into the Stockist account.

Only a maximum of 30% stocks purchased can be returned.

| 5 Terms and Conditions |

Stockist will be issued with AMEGA email, which they have to use for correspondence. They can also use their AMEGA Messenger. Other forms of correspondences WILL NOT be entertained. AMEGA will only allocate the stocks upon verification of payment and proper stock receipt by Stockist.

All stocks delivery and allocation is subject to stock availability. AMEGA has the right to issue stocks within 14 days upon Payment confirmation.
- Stockist who wishes to change stock MUST inform the AMEGA Office via the AMEGA, Messenger/email, and HAS to wait for AMEGA to process the change and release the product to the respective office. In such cases the difference in amount will be either be debited or credited from their Account Statement accordingly.

No Stockist will be allowed to change the same product twice. eg: A is replaced by B then, B to be replaced by C.

Stockists are NOT allowed to lobby and facilitate Stockist redemption in the AMEGA office. Since AMEGA holds stocks and is able to service the walk-in Customers, AMEGA BANS all Stockist from operating from the AMEGA office.

AMEGA will NOT entertain verbal requests, via AMEGA Agent’s Office or Service Centers.

AMEGA or its Representatives HAVE the right to reject any Stock which has been tampered with, used and/or not in its original condition.

AMEGA will only allocate the product IDs to the respective Stockist after verification of payment and will NOT allocate the products if there is a shortfall in payment.

When a particular product is NOT available with the Stockist, the Stockist has the right to issue another product of the SAME VALUE, if the Affiliate agrees to accept the change.

In cases where an Affiliate claims that the Stockist has not delivered the product, the Stockist MUST produce the signed Delivery Order (DO) for verification. If it is not available, it’s the responsibility of the Stockist to handle and resolve such claims directly with the Affiliate concerned.

The charges indicated in the website do not include shipping, handling and Local Charges. +++ Stockist MUST indicate the Product Name, Product Code and Product ID Code of the product to be exchanged.

| 6. Important Note: |
There are FOUR important Points to take note of and they are as follows:

| 7. Termination |
- Disciplinary
Any Stockist terminated for any unethical business practice will not be allowed to return the remaining stock in exchange for cash.
- Voluntary
Any Stockist who decides to stop being a Stockist, after a period of 4 months, can return the remaining stock (in marketable condition only) in exchange for efunds.

| 8. Exchange of Stock |

Only Stockists and Dealers will be allowed to return and exchange any unused Product (in good marketable condition only) for another item.

The onus rests on the Stockist to ship the Products to the Amega Offices in their country or the Regional Office.

The IDs should be unused. Any request for exchanging used product ID's will not be entertained.

The Stockists have to inform the office beforehand about the products that they would like to exchange along with the IDs.

Once the exchange is authorized, the Stockist has to ship the products.

The replacement products will be shipped along with the subsequent orders Stock Condition(s)

Any stock which seems used or tampered with will be rejected by AMEGA; as such AMEGA will only accept stocks of good condition and in original packing.

| 9. Personal Purchase Products / Consumables Stockists |
Any affiliate can purchase stock lots of our Personal Purchase products. An Affiliate need not be a stockist in order to avail of the stockist discount for our Personal Purchase Products.

| 10. AMEGA Rights |
AMEGA reserves the right to change and/or modify any of the Terms and Conditions stated above.
